Ok, so how are we going to know who's ice cream is really best unless you live closer together and can collaborate?

Well, it's not exactly a competition - just an exploration. :) More of a "divide and conquer" approach.

It Was A Dark And Stormy Night...

Well, not really, but it was dark, and it was night and there was ice cream. Homemade ice cream. And two crazy sisters discussing their love of ice cream, and all the flavor possibilities. Oh yeah, and there was a guy there, and he was helping too, but he doesn't blog, so we're on our own.

We love ice cream. We decided to create this blog to share our adventures in ice cream. Our goal is to make a new ice cream flavor every week.

We have a few rules:

~We must post every result, even if it is a complete failure.
~We can't use anyone else's recipes, we have to create our own from scratch.
~The "ice cream" can be anything we create in our ice cream maker, including sorbets, frozen custards, frozen yogurts, etc.
~The rules are subject to change at any time without prior notification.
